I'm Cheryl Beckworth
I’m a Manifest Mentor and run my business, Grounded Goddess, which includes this manifesting community and membership, an online shop selling beautiful and powerful healing crystals, a podcast, and a journal.
Manifesting, Moon Magic and Crystals are my passions, but lifting and supporting women, in every aspect of their lives, is my soul’s true mission.
My introduction to spirituality happened when I was just a child; my grandparents would take me to the local caves and, if I was a good girl, I would get to pick out a crystal to take home. I’ve been fascinated by the power of crystals ever since.
But my journey into spirituality really took hold as I started my self-healing journey in 2016. After suffering abuse and trauma throughout my teens and 20s, I was depressed, endured eating disorders and developed mild OCD. My self-worth and self-love was non-existent.
A single mum, I was up to my neck in debt, almost £40,000, and majorly depressed. I felt stuck.
As most people tend to, I turned to the medical profession and pharmaceutical remedies first.
My background is very science-based; I hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physiology & Pharmacology and worked in the medical industry for over 15 years. So, this was bound to be my first port of call for help. Unfortunately, when I tried a variety of antidepressant medications, I discovered I was allergic to them all.
I decided I needed to take control.
I decided to heal myself.
I began using alternative therapies like meditation, Reiki, Cacao and the power of crystals. I discovered the power within myself to release and reframe the past so I could thrive and create my own future on my own terms.
My love of all things woo combined with my science background mixes perfectly to create a unique perspective.
I took my own transformative journey of embracing the energy of the Universe, self-love and goal-setting techniques, and crystallised it into a 5-step process to help other women access this powerful connection.
Using this process has completely changed my life: I’ve shifted my mindset, and have a clear structure that I work through whenever I am goal setting.
